Terms of Use

Effective June 2026

By using vivaadhd.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Educational content — not medical advice

Viva ADHD is educational content about ADHD and neuroscience. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a licensed provider with questions about a medical or mental-health condition.

Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures anything. The "Which ADHD brain are you?" quiz is for self-reflection and entertainment — it is not a diagnostic tool and produces no medical result.
