Privacy Policy
Effective June 2026
Viva ADHD ("we," "us") publishes educational content about ADHD and neuroscience, and runs an email newsletter. We collect as little as possible. This page explains what that means.
What we collect
- Your email address — only if you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions are handled by Substack, our newsletter provider; when you subscribe you're added to their platform and their privacy policy also applies.
- Anonymous usage analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page views and events without cookies and without storing personal information or cross-site identifiers. We can't identify you from it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't run advertising trackers or build profiles on you.
- We don't collect more than we need to send the newsletter and understand which content helps.
Cookies & local storage
We don't use tracking cookies. The site stores a single preference on your own device (your reduced-motion choice) using local storage — it never leaves your browser and isn't sent to us.
Third parties
To run the site we rely on Substack (newsletter), Vercel (hosting + privacy-friendly analytics), and Google Fonts (typography, served by Google). Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Deletion — email hello@vivaadhd.com and we'll remove your data.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
